Everything has been excellent. We feel safe, its quiet, neighbors are friendly, its very clean, the facilities are fun to have. submitted by Steven C. - |Recommended: Yes:)
Clean, beautiful landscaping, provides safe and comfortable setting to live in.submitted by Jordan C. - |Recommended: YesIt has a beautiful look. It provides a great number of amenities. I enjoy walking to go work out or get the mail. The people that are employed here are friendly. They are quick to fix any problem or need that they can.
We like it here.submitted by Kevin T. - |Recommended: YesWe would say it's a good place to live, but you have to be lucky in who your neighbors are. Of course, that applies to any place you live. And the management is really good about helping resolve those issues as they come up.
Nice, clean, quiet, safesubmitted by Madison G. - |Recommended: YesThat the area is very nice & its a great location. All of the amentities are kept up & the property always looks good.
Love the ladies in the office. Always go out of their way to helpsubmitted by Lynda L. - |Recommended: YesLike it, wish more elderly people lived here.
Great apartment livingsubmitted by Casey B. - |Recommended: YesFriendly office and maintenance staff, safe, well maintained. Policies are at least attempted to be enforced. Rent continues to go up but that's always the downside to renting vs. owning. This will be our last year of renting with the highlands north and my husband and i have enjoyed this as our first home together. We will have lived here for 3 years in September.

Good apartment, great staff.submitted by Kevin T. - |Recommended: YesWe like it. We've had several issues with kids in our building making things look pretty terrible, but the staff has been helpful in trying to resolve some of it.
The staff is always nice, like it here.submitted by Lynda L. - |Recommended: YesNice neighbors, staff very helpful.
Great! The Leasing staff is the best. submitted by Angela D. - |Recommended: YesEnjoyable. Amazing amount of grounds to walk inside the gated community. Large units with wonderful closet space.
Always striving to provide better livingsubmitted by Jay S. - |Recommended: YesThe Highlands North is a very nice, clean and quite place to live. The leasing staff is always helpful and the maintenance staff is fast and friendly, always striving to provide better living. My only complaint would be that when ever the Highlands plans a special event, I always seem to be on call or at work. Literally every time but once in all the time I have lived here. I hope that is the worst thing that happens
Where luxury apartment living is the place called home.submitted by Ed H. - |Recommended: YesLiving at the Highlands you are a part of the community. I don't feel separated because I live in an apartment. Opportunities to be social are constant because the Highlands facilities offer swim parties and several other opportunmities to meet others. Management at The Highlands are successful at giving professional care and prompt attention to all needs of their tenants. The physical plant called the Highlands does make tenants proud to drive through their gates each and everyday. The Highlands is more than apartment living "It is a place in community where apartment dwelling is a place called home." The one and only negative experience I've experienced at the Highlands and it's "NOT" managements doing is, tenants place furniture such as couches dressers in dumpsters and, children are sent with trash to the dumpsters and the child is too short to place a large trash bag in the dumster so it's placed on the ground and this draws unwelcomed critters such as rats, raccoons etc. which frequent the areas at night. Management shouldn't have to clean up after adults right. Again this is not managements doings but it makes appearances of such to visiters. I'm certain this is a constant concern of management......
